Our large guesthouse, is located in a green and peaceful setting above Flassan, a pretty authentic Provençal village, 6 km from Bédoin.
It has a heated outdoor swimming pool.

On foot or by bike, Au Pied du Ventoux is the perfect starting point for climbing Mont Ventoux or exploring the Gorges de la Nesque. The GR91 is at the foot of the house.

A charming guesthouse, composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 flats

Each accommodation is separated from the others and has its own terrace with a breathtaking view of Monts du Vaucluse and the Rhone Valley.

The heated outdoor swimming pool welcomes you from April to October, to relax after a nice day's walk. All year round, enjoy unique sunsets before admiring the starry sky of Provence.

The main terrace offers you natural shade under its flamboyant rosebush.

A summer kitchen is at your disposal with a barbecue, a fridge and dishes.

3 double bedrooms

All our bedrooms are decorated in a different way, in the spirit of Provence.

We prepare your bedroom according to your preferences: twin beds or king size bed.

Our bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and all have their own terrace with a view and a private entrance.

They have a private bathroom and toilets.

No need to bring your linen : it is provided.

2 flats

Our flats, which can accommodate up to 4 persons each (3 adults and 1 kid), are decorated in a different way, in the spirit of Provence.

Unlike the bedrooms, the flats also have a kitchen and a living room. They have a mezzanine bedroom, and a trundle bed on the ground floor. They also have a private bathroom and toilets.

Each has its own terrace with a view and a private entrance.

No need to bring your linen : it is provided.

Au Pied du Ventoux is also an authentic guest table with Provençal flavours !

Clément, the chef, will be delighted to prepare tasty sun-drenched dishes, made only from fresh and local products.

All the dishes served at Au Pied du Ventoux are homemade, simmered with love and patience.

We will be very happy to make you discover Provence and its flavours through our cuisine !

Flassan is a pretty Provençal and agricultural village. The main productions are cherry and wine. Cherry trees blossom in April.

Mont Ventoux is the largest truffle field in Europe. Even if black truffle (the winter one) is the most famous, it is possible to find truffles all year round.

In summer, cicadas wake up and landscapes turn into purple with the lavender fields. Sault, the capital city of lavender, is only a few kilometres away.

The manufacture of « santons » is a traditional activity in Provence. In winter, churches are filled with nativity scenes, each one more beautiful than the other.

Known worldwide, a legendary stage in the Tour de France, Mont Ventoux is a must-see climb for any cyclist.

The ascent can be done by 3 routes :
  - Bédoin : 21.8 km / +1598 meters
  - Malaucène : 21 km / +1575 meters
  - Sault : 25.6 km / +1210 meters

Besides Mont Ventoux, Provence is full of wonderful little roads between mountains and vineyards.

The Gorges de la Nesque, which starts 5km from the house, are a 25 km long canyon that will take you to Sault through a succession of breathtaking landscapes.

Provence is a perfect destination for hikers. Numerous itineraries are scattered throughout the region, starting with the GR91, at the foot of the house.

The Combe de Canaud, where the house is located, is the starting point of many hiking trails. The ascent of Mont Ventoux can be done from the house in less than 4 hours.

Mont Ventoux, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Biosphere Reserve, offers a preserved natural setting where it is possible to observe an exceptional flora and fauna.
